Every country in the modern world has roots in one or more ancient cultures. These are, in the western world, Greek, Roman, Celtic and Viking. Each of these civilisations has stories that describe events, such as creation, heroic deeds, battles and conquests. If these stories only contained normal people, then they would be plausable. The stories that we are interested in contain gods and monsters, therefore they are known as myths. Not all myths are different, some myths are strangely similar across different cultures, both East and West, and need further investigation. |

its stories. And one of the most well-known Bible stories is the
story of Noah's Ark. |
